TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms ("Terms") govern your use of ropaloco.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them.
Who we are
ROPA LOCO ("we", "us", "our") is an independent streetwear label based in Cairo, Egypt. We design, produce, and ship clothing in limited drops. Each piece is capped at the quantity stated on its product page and is not restocked.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we send you a confirmation email. If a product is sold out, mispriced, or otherwise unavailable after your order, we will cancel and refund in full.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Euro (LE) and include applicable VAT for sales inside the EU. Taxes and import duties for orders outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Use of the site
You agree not to scrape, resell at inflated price, or otherwise abuse the catalogue. Bot orders, duplicate-account farming, and resale arbitrage may result in cancelled orders without refund of fees.
Intellectual property
All graphics, prints, photography, copy, and marks on this site are owned by ROPA LOCO or licensed to us. Personal viewing is fine. Reproduction, redistribution, or printing of the artwork is not.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost time, opportunity, or street credibility.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be brought before the courts of Cairo unless a mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect only what we need to ship your order and run the store. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- —Account & order data — name, email, phone, shipping address, items ordered, order history.
- —Payment data — handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- —Technical data — IP address, browser/device, pages viewed. Used for fraud prevention and to keep the site fast.
How we use it
- —To process and ship orders, send confirmations, and answer customer support.
- —To detect fraud, abuse, and bot orders.
- —If you opt in: to send infrequent drop signals. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the partners required to fulfil your order — payment processors, shipping carriers, and the hosting / analytics services that run this site. We require them to handle your data securely and only for the purpose we share it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or request deletion at any time by reaching out to contact our support. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order data is kept for 7 years to comply with bookkeeping law. Marketing data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
SHIPPING
Where we ship
Worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are paid by the buyer on arrival.

Time
Orders are dispatched from Cairo within 72 hours of payment. Delivery typically takes:
- —Egypt — 1–3 business days
- —EU — 4–8 business days
- —Rest of world — 7–14 business days
Tracking & lost parcels
Every shipment includes a tracking number. If your package is marked delivered but not in your hands, contact us within 14 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We share the burden — we will replace or refund any parcel lost in transit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Pieces that smell of smoke, perfume, or are visibly worn will be sent back to you.
How to start one
Message contact our support with your order code and a photo. We will reply with the return address and the carrier label (paid by you unless the item arrived defective).
Refund time
Once the parcel reaches us and passes quality check, the refund leaves the same day. Bank settlement can take an additional 3–10 business days.
Exclusions
- —Final-sale items marked as such on the product page.
- —Limited-edition runs sold out at the time of return.
- —Gift cards and any service fees.
